Michelle Johnson
For over 35 years, Michelle has been instrumental in creating thriving start-up companies both in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. With her expertise as a seasoned Entrepreneur, Marketing Consultant, and Peer Mentor, she has guided many women with their careers and empowered them to create successful businesses.
Michelle is not new to the pageant world. She participated in numerous pageants in her late teenage years. She became more actively involved with her eldest daughter’s pageant journey in 2020. During this time she recognized the importance of the contestant’s pageant experience and knew with her skill set, she could create a more insightful and memorable experience for them.
Michelle immigrated to Canada in the early 1980’s and has witnessed the exponential growth of the country’s multiculturalism but also the opportunities that Canada can offer. She is determined to showcase Canada as a premier tourist destination to both local and international visitors and therefore assist with boosting Canada's economic growth and development.
